The report is Premia Properties' inaugural sustainability report for 2022, covering performance across its Greek real estate portfolio, including 34 leased assets representing 68% of the total building area. The company reports 18,924 MWh of electricity consumption, 76,727 tnCO2e of direct emissions, and 58,839 m3 of water consumption.
