Corporate Social Responsibility Report

Overview

The report is PCSC's eighth CSR report covering 2016 performance under the GRI G4 Guidelines. It highlights 8,099 employees, community and employee wellbeing programs, and energy-saving measures across stores, headquarters and logistics. PCSC reports 585,502 tons equivalent carbon dioxide (CO2e) of greenhouse gases, with Scope 2 as the largest component, and sets 2030 and 2050 reduction targets against a 2005 baseline. The report also includes limited assurance by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Taiwan.
