Overview

The report describes a 2013 focus on responsible banking, environmental management and staff development across the ProCredit group. The group issued environmental management guidelines covering internal environmental management, environmental risks in lending and green finance, while outstanding green loans rose more than 60% to EUR 126.5 million. It also reports 11,514 employees at year-end and a uniform group-wide framework for preventing money laundering and fraud.
