Impact Report

The report describes ProCredit Group's 2019 sustainability performance across its banking operations, including a 5% reduction in building energy consumption and a 19% reduction in gross CO2 emissions. It reports 57% of electricity from renewable sources and a medium-term objective to become carbon neutral by 2023. The group also reports 3,123 employees, 53% women on management boards and more than 456,000 training hours in 2019.
