Overview

The report describes ProCredit's 2022 sustainability progress through a 44% reduction in own Scope 1 and 2 emissions since 2018, 4,185 t CO2eq. of total own emissions, and 493,514 staff training hours. It also reports continued expansion of green lending, including achievement of the 20% green-loan goal, alongside work on carbon neutrality, climate-risk assessment and sustainable finance. The group strengthened its ESG approach through client and supplier screening, environmental management, and engagement with frameworks including TCFD, UN Global Compact and the Net-Zero Banking Alliance.
