Sustainability Performance Report

Overview

The report presents Prodea Investments' 2024 environmental, social and governance performance for assets under its operational control, including the newly acquired MHV hotels. Energy consumption reached 11,648,862 kWh of electricity and 6,041,558 kWh of fossil fuels, while reported location-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions rose substantially after the hotels entered the boundary. The Group reports 598 employees, completed a double materiality assessment in line with ESRS requirements, and has set a Scope 1, 2 and 3 climate-neutral (Net-Zero) commitment for 2050.
