Overview

The report describes PRISA's 2012 transformation into a more digital, consumer-oriented group, supported by training, internal collaboration and stakeholder engagement. It reports 12,191 employees at year-end and a workforce that was 46% women and 54% men. Sustainability activity included continued UN Global Compact participation, the Earth Hour climate-awareness campaign and environmental resource-management initiatives. The report also presents group and operating-unit environmental data and declares a GRI-G3.1 Class B application level.
