Corporate Social Responsibility Report

Overview

The report is PROS's inaugural CSR disclosure and highlights its efforts to build a diverse and inclusive workforce. In 2018, women and underrepresented minorities represented 29% and 20% of managers, respectively, while women comprised 25% of the Board. The report also describes close to $230,000 donated to Hurricane Harvey recovery efforts and outlines environmental initiatives including a LEED Silver headquarters and greener data-center operations.
