Overview

The report presents Proximus' 2016 CSR strategy across education, communities, climate action and responsible supply chains. The company states that it became carbon neutral for its own operations in 2016 and that more than 98% of Group electricity came from renewable sources. Group Scope 1 and 2 emissions were reported at 48 kTons, down 4% from 2015, while the report also details Scope 3 emissions across 15 categories. Supplier CSR scorecards covered 43% of total purchase amount, and Deloitte provided limited assurance over selected CSR indicators.
