Overview

The report highlights Prudential's 2024 progress across workforce, governance, sustainable investing and environmental stewardship. It reports a total workforce of 38,196 and a 76% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 market-based emissions since the 2017 baseline for its reported facilities.
