Corporate Responsibility Report

The report outlines Prudential's 2010 corporate responsibility priorities across customer needs, people, environmental protection and local communities. It reports £7.5 million in community investment and nearly 25 per cent employee volunteering, while the Group employed 25,474 people at 31 December 2010. Environmental reporting covers energy, CO2, water and waste for UK investment properties and selected occupied premises, with acknowledged data limitations. Governance places the Board as sponsor and approver, supported by a Group Responsibility Committee and CR team.
