Annual Report

The report describes the company’s 2011 corporate responsibility work, highlighting the launch of Cha-Ching, a financial-literacy programme delivered across seven Asian markets and seen in more than four million homes. It reports £9.1 million in Group community investment, up 21.3 per cent, and says the company retained ISO 14001 certification for its UK occupied properties.
