Annual Report

The report describes the company's 2014 corporate responsibility programme, including £19.6 million of community investment and 62,309 employee volunteering hours across the Group. It reports 23,047 employees worldwide and details diversity, talent development and employee engagement. The environmental section provides Scope 1, Scope 2 and selected Scope 3 greenhouse gas emissions, with Deloitte limited assurance over selected environmental metrics. The Board annually reviews and approves the corporate responsibility report and strategy.
