Annual Report

The report describes a Group-wide corporate responsibility review covering £20 million of community investment and 83,284 employee volunteering hours, alongside a first dedicated ESG report planned for 2017. It reports 72,568 TCO2-e of Scope 1 and 2 emissions for occupied estate and company-owned vehicles, and 112,739 tonnes CO2-e of total Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions under the environmental reporting boundary. Workforce disclosures include 23,673 whole-company employees and 24% female representation in senior leadership, while the Board oversees the corporate responsibility report and strategy.
