The report summarises Prudential plc's 2016 ESG performance across business integrity, customers, environment, responsible investment, suppliers, technology, people and communities. Operational highlights include 238,761m3 of water use and £20 million spent on community activities; the report also states that 2,089 tonnes of waste were generated for disposal from the UK and US occupied estate.
