Annual Report

The report presents Prudential's first post-demerger baseline for environmental performance, including 91,921 MWh of energy use, Scope 1 and 2 emissions and 229,268 m3 of water use. It also highlights a workforce of 18,125 full-time-equivalent employees and 28% women in senior management, alongside a 30% Women in Finance Charter target for 2021. Community investment reached $29.1 million, supported by 103,775 employee volunteering hours. The report further describes TCFD engagement, ESG Executive Committee oversight and responsible investment activities across the Group.
