The report describes how the company advanced access to healthcare and financial inclusion during 2021, while serving 18.6m customers. It reports a net-zero-by-2050 investment pledge and a 25 per cent portfolio carbon-reduction target by 2025, alongside detailed Scope 1, 2 and selected Scope 3 emissions data. The company also reports 14,486 Group employees and 40 per cent representation of women on the Board at year-end.
