Annual Report

The report describes Prysmian Group's 2011 acquisition and integration of Draka, creating a group present in more than 50 countries with 97 plants and approximately 22,000 employees. Consolidated sales were Euro 7,583 million and Adjusted EBITDA was Euro 568 million. The group invested in high-tech capacity, including high-voltage and submarine cables, flexible pipes, and optical cables. It also began integrating Prysmian and Draka's HSE management; more than 80% of plants were ISO 14001 certified and 40% were OHSAS 18001 certified.
