Overview

The report describes BCA's 2023 sustainability performance across responsible banking, sustainability culture, and social value creation. Sustainable financing reached Rp202.6 trillion and 24.8% of the total portfolio. Operational GHG emissions totaled 309,024 tCO2 eq, comprising Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions. All employees received sustainable-finance training, while financial-literacy programs reached 296,022 participants.
