Overview

The report highlights 2020 performance through 131,076 million Rupiah in MSME credit, 297 employees and 100% complaints resolved. It describes the realized Sustainable Finance Action Plan, including a formed implementation team, approved guidelines, sustainable-finance training, MSME lending and community/environmental initiatives. Operational measures included reducing plastic and paper, using eco-friendly goodie bags, applying 5R workplace culture, and energy-saving practices. CSR spending totaled Rp53.800.000 and included sanitation, financial literacy, donations and blood donation activities.
