Overview

The report presents MedcoEnergi's 2023 sustainability performance across governance, environmental, climate, community and workforce programmes. It reports 41 GHG reduction initiatives, a 22% reduction in oil and gas Scope 1 and 2 emissions from the 2019 base year, and achievement of the 2025 interim target two years early. The company also reports zero fatalities for the third consecutive year, a standalone Human Rights Policy, and 3,498 employees. It maintains net-zero ambitions for Scope 1 and 2 by 2050 and Scope 3 by 2060.
