Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes STAA's 2021 sustainability activities across oil palm plantations, mills, worker welfare, community programs and environmental management. It reports 10,156 employees, nine of 13 plantations recognized as meeting ISPO requirements, and a water-consumption table covering production and supporting facilities. The company also reports operational GHG calculations using the ISPO GHG calculator and outlines HCV/HCS protection, peatland management, waste reuse and fire prevention.
