The report describes Toba Bara's first listed-company year amid weak coal prices: consolidated coal production reached 5.6 million tons, up 7.7%, while sales were US$396.7 million. The company settled a land-overlap dispute involving ABN, TMU and PKU and advanced integration across its three operating mines. Its CSR program spent approximately US$6.67 million and planted approximately 118,000 trees.
