Sustainability Report

The report presents TBS's 2024 sustainability strategy and transition from fossil-fuel businesses toward renewable energy, electric mobility, and waste management. It describes a double materiality assessment identifying 19 material topics and a comprehensive climate-risk assessment covering physical and transition risks. The report discloses company-wide limited assurance over gross Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions and total energy consumption, alongside a carbon-neutrality target for 2030. It also highlights 1,108 employees, workforce development, gender inclusion, zero fatalities, and community investment across the Group.
