Sustainability Report

The report records TBS’s 2025 divestment of coal-fired power assets, launch of its first Climate Transition Plan, and carbon-neutrality commitment for 2030. It reports a first Scope 3 total covering employee commuting (Category 7) and use of sold products (Category 11), at 3,167,442 tCO2e. The Cora Environment acquisition expanded the waste-management business, while the report highlights more than 5,000 employee training hours and 37.5% women in senior leadership.
