Overview

The report describes XL's 2015 sustainability performance through employee development, environmental management and community-focused digital inclusion. It reports 77,530 training hours delivered to 1,948 employees, with an average of 38 hours annually per employee. Water disclosures include 10,143 m3 of groundwater usage and 23,841 m3 from water supply companies. Community highlights include 28 Maju Indonesia programs involving 135 young leaders across Indonesia.
