Corporate Social Responsibility Report

Overview

The report is PTC's first CSR report and uses a materiality assessment drawing from GRI and SASB. It presents PTC's first FY18 GHG inventory, covering Scope 1, Scope 2, and business-travel Scope 3 emissions, with data scaled to approximate 100% of emissions. It also reports that 100% of retired IT assets were recycled or donated after data wiping and highlights workforce diversity, employee engagement, and community initiatives.
