Overview

The report marks PUB's 60th anniversary while documenting progress in Singapore's water resilience and future infrastructure. The company opened its fifth desalination plant, advanced DTSS Phase 2 and other water-reclamation projects, and expanded digital operational capabilities. It has embarked on a 3R decarbonisation strategy toward net-zero carbon emissions around 2045 and issued $800 million in 30-year green bonds to support green infrastructure.
