Annual and Sustainability Report

The report sets PUB's own net-zero emissions target at around 2045, subject to technology and international cooperation. It reports FY2023 Scope 1 and 2 emissions of 229.4 ktCO2e in total and selected Scope 3 emissions of 189 ktCO2e. The report applies the GHG Protocol operational-control approach and explains that its selected Scope 3 inventory covers external-party water-sector activities. It also combines PUB's previously separate annual and sustainability reports into one publication.
