The report describes QinetiQ's materiality assessment and board-level oversight through the Risk & CSR Committee. It sets a new Group Scope 1 and Scope 2 target to reduce FY19 baseline emissions by 25% by FY25, supported by energy-management initiatives and ISO 50001 recertification. Selected FY19 GHG emissions data received limited PwC assurance, while historical FY18 Scope 1 and Scope 2 figures were restated following improved data review.
