The report describes a year of modest financial growth, with Group revenue increasing 0.8% to $477.6 million. It reports a workforce of 2,400 staff across physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, managers and support staff. Sustainability governance was formalised through a Sustainability Reporting Committee responsible for monitoring and overseeing sustainability efforts. The report also states that RMG's inaugural sustainability report was planned for publication in 2018.
