The report presents the company's 2018 ESG performance across all business divisions and subsidiaries, organised around Customers, Employees, Environment and Marketplace. It highlights the opening of Raffles Specialist Centre, trauma accreditation and a fourth JCI reaccreditation. Environmental initiatives included a 2% electricity-consumption reduction and a 53% increase in annual recycled volume, while the company reported 2,538 direct jobs at year-end.
