Annual Report

The report says 2012 was the first full year for sustainability reporting through the financial system and quarterly reporting. It presents a Group sustainability framework spanning clients, candidates, employees, society and sustainability basics, alongside KPIs covering workforce diversity, health and safety, engagement and environmental footprint. Average employee numbers totaled 611,020, while one-third of the Supervisory Board was female. Randstad also states that it implemented the UN Guiding Principles in corporate policies and had participated in CDP for five years, although it postponed its next contribution.
