Sustainability@Work Report

The report presents Randstad's 2021 sustainability@work publication as focused on public-private partnerships and active labor market policies, with emphasis on SDGs 8, 10, 5, 4 and 17. It examines Baanbrekend, a partnership involving Randstad Netherlands and Dutch municipalities, and reports 2,186 participants successfully matched with employment in 2020. An Impact Institute assessment quantifies impacts across the subsequent three years, including government savings, economic growth, talent placed, well-being and human capital. The report also surveys social innovation programs covering employability, youth employment, equity, diversity and inclusion, and mobility and migration.
