Sustainability Report

Overview

The report presents RATIONAL’s 2019 sustainability strategy around customer benefit, resource-efficient products and employee responsibility. It reports Group sales revenues of 844 million euros and 2,258 employees at the end of 2019. Environmental and energy management systems are certified to ISO 14001 and ISO 50001, while the separate non-financial group report received limited assurance. The report also documents a materiality process involving stakeholders and the Executive Board and links key action areas to several SDGs.
