The report presents Raubex's 2021 sustainability performance across workforce, transformation, safety, community investment and environmental management. It highlights Level 1 B-BBEE status, 7 161 employees, R23.8 million spent on training and development, and R3.8 million of CSI spend. The group reported three fatalities during the year. Carbon emissions totaled 142 206 tonnes CO2e, comprising 117 481 tonnes CO2e of Scope 1 and 24 554 tonnes CO2e of location-based Scope 2 emissions.
