Financial Statements

The report presents Raute's first group-wide sustainability statement prepared under ESRS, including a double materiality assessment and disclosures on climate change, circular economy, own workforce, and business conduct. It sets Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions reduction targets for 2030, reports 2025 gross emissions and energy consumption, and describes actions on renewable energy, electrification, safety, circularity, and workforce inclusion. The sustainability statement was subject to limited assurance by PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy.
