Overview

The report describes RCL FOODS' refreshed Sustainability Strategy built around People, Product and Practices, with ten focus areas and 2040 ambitions. In 2023, the group reported two workplace fatalities, 22 669 employees and 1 043 052 tCO2e of Scope 1 and 2 emissions. Highlights included 176.9 GWh of renewable energy and 92.0% of total waste diverted from disposal. The DO MORE FOUNDATION expanded programmes from four to eight communities and distributed 12 071 028 meals.
