Overview

The report presents REA Group's second materiality assessment and focuses on 11 highly material topics. FY22 carbon footprint was 7,674.11 tCO2e, with Scope 1 and 2 emissions down 50% after moving to a market-based approach. Group headcount reached 3,145, and women represented 32.2% across Australia and India. The report was prepared in accordance with GRI Standards: Core option and KPMG provided limited assurance over data privacy and cyber security and the gender diversity table.
