Overview

The report presents Readly's 2024 sustainability disclosures in an expanded ESRS-based structure, including a double materiality assessment and consolidated coverage of Readly International AB and subsidiaries. It expands Scope 3 reporting to purchased goods and services, fuel- and energy-related activities, waste, business travel and employee commuting; market-based emissions across all scopes totaled 91.37 tonnes CO2eq. The report also records 106 employees, 92 per cent fossil-free and renewable energy, and no work-related injuries or fatalities. It reports zero corruption or Code of Conduct breach cases and no corruption-related convictions, fines or legal actions.
