Overview

The report presents Recticel's first formal sustainability disclosure, prepared in accordance with GRI G4 Core. It describes the company's Sustainable Innovation Plan and People Priority Plan, including materiality, circular-economy, safety and talent-development initiatives. It sets a target to reduce the carbon footprint by 25% by 2020 and 40% by 2030 against 2013 activity levels. The workforce profile reports 5,451 employees across three regional groupings in 2015.
