Sustainability Report

The report is Red Eléctrica's 15th Sustainability Report, covering 2017 performance and prepared in accordance with the GRI Standards under the Core/Comprehensive option. It describes the Group's 2030 Sustainability Commitment, organised around four sustainability priorities and supported by a 91% 2017 programme fulfilment rate. The report also details climate action, including Scope 1 and 2 reduction targets of 10% by 2020 and 60% by 2030 per MWh transported from a 2015 base. It provides extensive disclosures on emissions, energy, biodiversity, employees, governance, human rights and responsible procurement, with limited external assurance.
