Overview

The report presents Reece's FY23 sustainability progress across emissions, waste, people and community impact. It began quantifying Scope 3 emissions using the GHG Protocol and reported 65,586 tCO2-e of Scope 1 and 2 emissions on a market-based methodology. Waste generated was 20,465 metric tonnes, with 19% diverted from landfill. The report also highlights the Reece Foundation's contributions to seven Sustainable Development Goals and continued work on diversity, including a 22% female Group headcount and a search for an additional female independent director.
