The report presents RIL's FY2013-14 consolidated performance, including revenue of INR 4,46,339 crore and profit of INR 22,493 crore. It reports 23,853 employees and highlights workforce training, diversity, safety and human-rights policies. CSR spending totaled INR 711.72 crore across education, health, rural development, environment and other initiatives. Environmental sections describe energy and water conservation, GHG-reduction efforts and certified management systems.
