Overview

The report describes Reliance's FY 2019-20 CSR programmes across rural transformation, healthcare, education, sports, disaster response and ecological security. It reports ₹ 1,022 crore of CSR spending and says its interventions have reached more than 3.6 crore people in over 37,000 villages. In response to COVID-19, Reliance reports a ₹ 556 crore contribution to PM-CARES and other relief funds, more than 5 crore free meals, and a 220-bed facility in Mumbai. It also highlights employee and community mobilisation, including plastic-waste collection and support for frontline workers.
