Corporate Responsibility Report

The report presents 2009 corporate responsibility performance across workforce, environmental impact and assurance. It reports 32,300 year-end FTE employees, 274,294 MWh of energy use, 10,772 tonnes of waste and gross emissions of 173,425 tCO2, while noting a limited external assurance engagement covering environmental and health and safety data.
