Corporate Responsibility Report

The report presents Reed Elsevier's 2013 corporate responsibility performance across governance, people, customers, community, supply chain, and environment. It reports group-wide employee, revenue, energy, water, emissions, and waste data, alongside initiatives on access to information, ethical conduct, supplier responsibility, diversity, and community investment. Environmental and health-and-safety data were subject to limited assurance by Ernst & Young LLP, and the report includes a GRI 3.1 content index.
