Corporate Responsibility Report

The report describes the company's 2015 corporate-responsibility approach across governance, people, customers, community, supply chain and environment. It reports group-wide workforce, energy, emissions, water and waste data, alongside progress against new environmental targets including a 40% reduction in Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions against a 2010 baseline. The report also documents UN Global Compact participation, GRI G4 content-index alignment and EY limited assurance over selected performance data.
