Overview

The report marks RELX's first year of reporting under CSRD and ESRS, supported by a double materiality assessment. It reports 2024 gross emissions of 2,703 tCO2e for Scope 1, 29,989 tCO2e for location-based Scope 2 and 297,494 tCO2e for Scope 3. RELX also reports a validated near-term SBTi target and a commitment to achieve net zero across all Scopes by 2040 at the latest, with limited assurance from Ernst & Young LLP.
