Overview

The report describes Remgro's ESG stewardship across Remgro at the centre, wholly owned subsidiaries and strategic portfolio companies covering about 80.7% of INAV. It highlights a portfolio reporting template, water and climate-risk capability building, and revised ESG governance structures. For Remgro's own workforce, it reports 162 employees at 30 June 2025, while CSI spend rose to R41 million. Climate emissions are referred to a separate Climate Report rather than quantified in this report.
